CirclesRVA relies on volunteers. Here are some of the ways you can help by working on a Resource Team:
Ad Hoc Allies
Usually have a special skill or connections with other organisations and are willing to share their skill or connection with a Circle Leader who wants help in that particular area.
Please let us know how you can help
Community Team
Manages space, secures and/or prepares donated meals for meetings, and ensures weekly meetings are welcoming and supportive in nature
Recruitment Team
Promotes Circles in the community, recruits and helps to enroll Circle Leaders, Circle Allies and other volunteers
Service Team

Jobs and Education Team
Develops relationships with local workforce development, job training programs, and education resources that help Circle Leaders achieve their goals and prepare to pursue these pathways
Big View Team
Researches and understands local and systemic barriers that keep people in poverty, identifies best practices and precedents that others have used to address the barriers, and cultivates community relationships to make progress on eliminating these barriers
